Living at Cimarron Woods
Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space, unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Cimarron Woods for any reason, you do not have to worry about covering their portion of the rent. This is just another reason why Cimarron Woods is Fairborn’s best student housing option!
On-Site Professional Staff
Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Cimarron Woods offers 24-hour emergency maintenance so that your students comfort is not affected.
If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one! Each future resident will complete a Roommate Matching form so we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person we can find!
Affordable Floor Plans
Cimarron Woods offers a variety of floor plan options to fit your needs. Our spacious 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom floor plans all include internet, cable, and a washer and dryer to suit your student’s needs.
While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and beginning their career, we also help them have fun along the way. At Cimarron Woods, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our creative staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved with their roommates and the community. These activities range from Taco Tuesdays to Friday Trivia. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at Wright State University, as well as events happening around town so they don’t miss anything! We want your student to succeed, and that’s why we kept them in mind while designing Cimarron Woods as a Living-Learning environment!

Yes, we offer roommate matching! If you do not have anybody in mind you would like to live with, we can match you up with somebody.
